Justen founded Venator Ventures with his co-founder and long time friend in 2000 after a successful recruiting career throughout the 1990's.

Nadauld enjoys hiring and mentoring new recruiters as well as meeting new tech entrepreneurs and helping them build their teams. He knows how it feels to be surrounded by a strong and dedicated team and strives to help his client companies achieve that same success.

Nadauld is married with one son and three daughters. He spends his free time coaching his children’s teams and supporting them in all their athletic and academic pursuits. He also finds time to be an assistant rugby coach at BYU, his alma mater.

Colin is a Senior Principal Recruiter at Venator Ventures.

Within two short years, Colin advanced from entry-level recruiter to Sr Principal Recruiter responsible for maintaining high level relationships with his own client list, managing and mentoring team members and consulting with owners on the vision and growth of company.

Prior to joining Venator, Peterson was Program Director with TKJ, Inc where he ran a residential facility for adults with developmental disabilities. His responsibilities included hiring, managing staff, behavior support, financial reports and on-going programs.

Peterson holds a BA from the University of Utah in Behavioral Science and Health.

Peterson is married with two beautiful daughters. He enjoys traveling with his family, golf, attending athletic events at his alma mater, cool technology, and music.

Kimball Kjar has worked with Venator Ventures since 2001 after a short term internship proved to be his chosen career path.

Kjar oversees the operations of Venator's Executive Search Group. Having worked with some of the tech industry's top talent and companies, Kjar has built up a proven track-record of recruiting success.

Kjar graduated from Brigham Young University and is a former collegiate All-American and international-level rugby player for the USA and continues to coach in his part-time.

A parent of three children, Kjar, along with his wife, try to not mess up their kids' lives too much.

Ethan Medeiros specializes in engineering recruiting.

As one of Venator's most successful recruiters Medeiros has a keen understanding for search requirements for both the candidate and the company.

Having worked with some of the Bay Area's top VC's, companies and technical talent Medeiros boasts an ability to drive some of the top searches in Silicon Valley.

Medeiros is married and has four children. He loves to travel with his family.

He enjoys golf, softball, mountain biking, and trying new foods.

Medeiros has a degree from Utah Valley University and considers himself to be living the American Dream.

Brady Banks recruits for startups from San Francisco to San Jose.

Although engineering recruiting has been a large focus for Banks during his recruiting career, he also has rich experience in product management and sales recruiting as well.

He’s not happy unless he’s looking for folks who develop, market, and sell technologies nobody else has heard of.

Banks started his professional career in finance and holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Utah.

Banks is a husband and proud father of two boys.

Though his skills are clearly diminishing, he still tries to mountain bike, ski, golf, and play any sport involving a ball whenever possible.
